Dear Colleague, Happy 2022! I hope this finds you well and safe as we begin another year. It is with great sincerity, I extend warm wishes for a year filled with happiness, good health, positive energy and prosperity. One key lesson from the last two years has been to practice gratitude on a daily basis. In fact, it's a ritual that I faithfully exercise every morning. Although I've done this for years, it has had intense purpose and morphed into deeper reflection. While we continue to navigate through uncertainty, our ability to be agile and resilient is challenged each day. Being the eternal optimist, I have been inspired by these challenges that have allowed us to push and grow in new ways. The current realities have also required us to embrace positive energy in order to thrive during these difficult moments. Each December, I set goals for the coming year. Several years ago, I also started to select a 'word' for the year that is aligned with my goals. This has allowed me to be focused and purposeful with great intention for the year. My word for this year is ENERGY and I look forward to a year full of inspiring, positive and focused energy building strong momentum. What are your intentions for the next twelve months? My 'Getting Comfortable Being Uncomfortable' discussion series will continue this year on a quarterly basis. I will be mixing it up a bit with both panel discussions as well as one-on-one interviews.
